As InHouse had grown substantially over the years, their offering had changed and evolved. It was time their website did the same.
The challenge was the 3 core target markets were very different but had to be catered for in one website. They have their dealer and trade network, international project clients and of course direct consumers which all needed to be talked to differently and have different user outcomes. We managed to develop a structure that accommodated everyone without jarring the user journey.
