The Challenge

With a history of quality house building going back to 1934, Thomas Jones were in need of a fresh new website and marketing collateral.

Built in great locations across Cheshire, our homes are packed with character and beautifully finished, you can feel the difference as soon as you walk in.

The challenge for us was to create a website that utilised their historic brand, but that brought them into the 21st century. We have taken this new brand style forward and utilised it across a multitude of applications and a variety of media to provide a cohesive, modern and classy brand.

Historic brand, modern touches

Thomas Jones Homes are a housebuilder with over 80 years experience. They wanted to take their established brand and create a sleek modern website. They needed the ability to add, create and archive their developments, as well as allow users to browse the site and favourite their preferred homes and developments. 

Alongside the website, UX and UI we also created a suite of marketing materials to match the new, modern aesthetic. This included billboards, site hoarding and development brochures that contained custom CGIs, floorplans, location maps and area information.
